Get it now...

The very first print share that I offered on this blog was a scan of "The Flash Gordon Book," a photo-filled storybook based on the 1980 movie. On a blog which was then-titled "Vinnie Rattolle's Rare Records," it certainly wasn't very popular; I think there were less than 10 downloads before the link died. A year later, after the blog had evolved and been retitled, somebody asked me for a re-up so I (painstakingly) rescanned and re-upped it. From that point on, The Flash Gordon Book was one of the most consistently downloaded shares.


Soon after the re-up, I followed with "Flash Gordon: The Movie," a comic book adaptation of the film... a film which was adapted from a comic. Weird. Anyway, again this share was a ginormous hit. But there was one more tie-in book that I never got around to scanning...

Boasted as "the only book of the film" (clearly the publishers were misinformed), the Flash Gordon novelization by sci-fi writer Arthur Byron Cover is aimed at an older audience than the other two books. I always planned to share this, just hadn't gotten around to it -- but since Flash was the first print share on this blog, it seems appropriate that Flash should also be the last. The downloads aren't hard to find, so get 'em now cuz this post might be gone in a...
